1. What should I wear for a portrait or headshot session?

Choose solid colours and simple clothing without busy patterns or large logos. Neutral or darker tones often photograph well and help keep the focus on your face.

2. How long does a portrait or headshot session take?

Most sessions last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, allowing plenty of time for different poses, expressions, and one outfit change if required. (corporate sessions are different)

3. Do I need to know how to pose?

No. I will guide you throughout the session with simple directions to help you look relaxed, natural, and confident.

4. What is the difference between a portrait and a headshot?

A headshot focuses mainly on the face and shoulders and is often used for business or professional profiles. A portrait is more creative and can include more of the body, surroundings, and personality.

5. Can professional headshots help my business or career?

Yes. A high-quality headshot creates a strong first impression and can enhance your LinkedIn profile, website, marketing materials, and personal brand.

6. How should I prepare before my session?

Get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated, and arrive with clean, well-groomed hair and clothing. Bring a hair brush, comb and a mirror as well as another shirt, blouse or jacket allowing more variety in your final images.

7. How many edited images will I receive?

The number of final images depends on the package selected. You will receive professionally edited, high-resolution photographs suitable for both print and online use.

8. Can I change outfits during the session?

Yes. Have another outfit option which allows for a variety of looks and helps create a more versatile collection of images. (Not available for multiple corporate sessions, unless requested)

9. How soon will I receive my photographs?

Your finished images are typically delivered within a few days to two weeks, depending on the package and editing requirements.

10. Will my photographs be professionally retouched?

Yes. Every image is carefully edited to enhance colour, lighting, and overall appearance while maintaining a natural and authentic look.

11. What can I use my portraits or headshots for?

Professional portraits and headshots are perfect for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, marketing materials, social media, business cards, acting portfolios, and personal keepsakes.

12. Do you do Corporate Sessions?
